FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE

Insulated pillars and shoes will be used, joined with foundry chain beams.

EXTERNAL FACADE WALLS
Shuttering carried out with half foot perforated brick, internally rendered, cavity wall with thermal insulation and walls made with double hollow brick.

INTERNAL PARTITION WALLS
7cm perforated brick walls, finished with 10cm

ROOF
The roof will be covered with curved Spanish ceramic roof tiles, old tiles above, new ones below, fixed with cement mortar and river sand.

FLOOR TILING
According to design plans, perimeter border and laid diagonally in the centre
40 x 40 terracotta clay tiles.
Living room and bedrooms
San colour/beige 30 x 30 ceramic stoneware tiles.
Kitchen and utility room
15 x 15 ivory cream marble tiles diagonally laid.

WALL TILING
Cream ivory marble up to a height of 1,20 cm.

STAIRWAYS
Marble tread
15 x 15 terracotta clay riser.

CARPENTRY
External carpentry: white lacquered aluminium, European profile.
Internal carpentry: plain doors in oak, bevelied, to be painted.
Front entrance door in iroko wood and red pine pre-frame, with slaves and brass nails.

SANITARY WARE
Roca model Dama in white colour.
Single Roca taps.
Bathroom tops in white macael marble.
